Affiliate programme terms
Last updated 12 July 2026
These terms govern the DropClicker affiliate programme. The programme opens when DropClicker launches. Applications are open now.
1. The agreement
These terms are between you ("Affiliate", "you") and DropClicker Ltd, company number 16988571, registered at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.
By joining the programme you accept these terms, our terms of service and our acceptable use policy.
2. Who can join
You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract. You may join as an individual or a business.
We accept or reject applications at our discretion, and we do not have to give a reason.
You may not join if you are a current DropClicker employee or contractor, or if you intend to refer only yourself or businesses you control.
3. Commission
Commission is paid on the recurring subscription revenue of customers you refer, for as long as they remain a paying customer, at the following rates:
| Tier | Active referred customers | Commission |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 1 to 4 | 10% of monthly recurring revenue |
| Silver | 5 to 9 | 15% |
| Gold | 10+ | 20% |
Tiers are recalculated monthly based on how many referred customers were active and paying in that month. Moving up a tier applies to all your referred customers from the following month. Moving down works the same way.
Commission is calculated on the amount we actually receive, excluding VAT and excluding any discount the customer used. It is not paid on AI credit top-ups, one-off charges, or amounts refunded.
4. Attribution
We attribute a referral to you if a customer arrives through your unique affiliate link and subscribes within 60 days of that visit.
The last affiliate link clicked wins. If a customer clicks your link and then another affiliate's, the commission is theirs.
Attribution relies on a cookie in the customer's browser. If a customer blocks cookies, clears them, or subscribes on a different device, we may not be able to attribute the referral, and no commission is payable. We do not make exceptions for referrals we cannot see.
5. Payment
- Commission accrues daily and is confirmed at the end of each calendar month.
- We hold confirmed commission for 30 days to allow for refunds and chargebacks.
- We pay out monthly, by bank transfer, once your confirmed balance exceeds £10.
- Balances below £10 roll over.
- You are responsible for your own tax. If you are VAT-registered, invoice us and we will pay the VAT.
6. Clawback
If a customer you referred is refunded, charges back, or is found to have subscribed fraudulently, the commission on that revenue is reversed and deducted from your next payment. If your balance is insufficient, we may invoice you for the difference.
7. What you must not do
- Refer yourself, your own business, or a business you own or control.
- Bid on our brand terms in paid search, including "DropClicker", "Drop Clicker", common misspellings, and dropclicker.com, or use them in ad copy, display URLs or landing pages.
- Use our name in your domain name, social media handle, or app name.
- Spam. Unsolicited email, unsolicited messaging, comment spam, forum spam.
- Make claims we have not made. No income guarantees. No invented statistics. No fake reviews. Everything you say about DropClicker must be accurate and substantiated.
- Buy or incentivise sign-ups, offer cashback, or run competitions that reward subscribing.
- Fail to disclose. UK law and the CAP Code require you to disclose that your link earns you commission. Use "#ad", "#affiliate", or a plain statement. This is your obligation, not ours, and the ASA enforces it.
- Misrepresent your relationship with us. You are an independent contractor. You are not our agent, employee, partner or representative, and you may not act as if you are.
8. Use of our brand
While you are an active affiliate we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the DropClicker name and logo to promote us, in accordance with our brand guidelines.
You may not modify our logo, use it as your own, or imply endorsement of anything other than DropClicker.
The licence ends the moment your participation ends.
9. Ending it
You may leave at any time, by emailing us. We will pay any confirmed balance over £10 in the next payment run.
We may end your participation at any time, with or without cause, on notice. If we terminate you for breach of these terms, particularly self-referral, brand bidding, spam, or false claims, unpaid commission is forfeited and we may reclaim commission already paid on affected referrals.
If the programme closes, we will give you 30 days' notice and pay all confirmed commission.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission payable to you in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of anticipated commission.
11. Changes
We may change these terms, including the commission rates, on 30 days' notice by email. Changes to commission rates apply only from the effective date; they do not affect commission already accrued. If you do not accept a change, leave the programme before it takes effect.
12. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
