DropClicker

Acceptable use policy

Last updated 12 July 2026

This policy forms part of our terms of service. It applies to everyone who uses DropClicker.

The principle

Use DropClicker to build a legitimate UK retail business. Do not use it to harm anyone, break the law, or damage the suppliers and merchants who share the platform with you.

You must not

Break the law. Sell restricted, counterfeit, stolen or unsafe goods. Breach UK consumer protection, product safety, or advertising law. Launder money.

Mislead people. Publish listings you know to be inaccurate. Make delivery promises the supplier cannot meet. Invent reviews, ratings, testimonials, or endorsements. Claim a supplier relationship you do not have.

Abuse the platform. Scrape our catalogue. Resell, sublicense or white-label our data or software. Reverse engineer it. Circumvent rate limits, usage caps or plan limits. Share one account across multiple businesses.

Attack it. Probe, scan or test our security without written permission. Introduce malware. Attempt to access another customer's data. Interfere with anyone else's use of the service.

Abuse our AI tools. Generate content that infringes copyright, trade marks or design rights. Produce images or video depicting real, identifiable people without their consent. Create deepfakes. Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or that sexualises children. Use our model outputs to train a competing model. Use our tools to produce content for a business unrelated to your DropClicker store.

Abuse our people. Harass, threaten or abuse our staff, our suppliers, or other merchants.

Reporting

If you see something that breaches this policy, or content on DropClicker that infringes your intellectual property, email hello@dropclicker.com.

For intellectual property complaints, please include: what you own, where it appears on our platform, why you believe it infringes, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.

We will acknowledge within two UK working days, investigate, and remove infringing content where the complaint is well-founded. We will tell the merchant who posted it, so they can respond.

What we will do

Depending on what happened, we may: warn you, remove content, restrict features, suspend your account, terminate it without refund, or report you to the police or another authority.

Where the breach can be put right, we will normally tell you what is wrong and give you a fair chance to fix it first. Where it cannot (fraud, malware, illegal goods), we will act immediately.

Changes

We may update this policy as the platform grows. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
